For our RevolutionEHR Users that are experiencing issues with Mozilla Firefox such as screens freezing or non-responsive, we have a document that we are posting this guide to help you through the steps to resolve the issue. This issue arose after Mozilla Firefox started rolling out updates to their browser and we have pinpointed it to the 32-bit installation of the updated browser version. This is creating issues for our users that have a 64-bit operating system on their computer.
