Introducing RevolutionEHR Application Status Dashboard

We are excited to launch a new feature on INSIGHT – our RevolutionEHR Application Status Dashboard is now live!   The Application Status Dashboard is the place you can go at any time to see how RevolutionEHR is running.   We’ll provide an overall status level indicator on the right side of INSIGHT, and within the dashboard we’ll provide individual status level indicators for:

  • RevolutionEHR Application Servers
  • RevolutionEHR Reporting Servers
  • RevolutionPHR Services
  • Our Data Center
  • Internet Connectivity
  • Partner Services (Gateway and RxNT)

In addition to seeing a Red – Yellow – Green status indicator for each of the areas above, the dashboard will provide detailed status updates when we are having an issue.   We will inform you of what we know about each issue, when it occurred and our expectations for a resolution.

The Dashboard is the place to go when you can’t access RevolutionEHR.  If we are having issues – we’ll keep you informed there.   If we are not having issues – that is an indication you might be having local issues and we encourage to use our troubleshooting tips.

Our goal in all of this is to be as transparent as possible about the status of RevolutionEHR.   The efficiencies that are gained by “Cloud Computing” require a trust that the application is going to be up and running.  We strive to always have the application available and we commit to open communication and transparency when we have an issue.
