While 224.6 is a default code in your Common Diagnosis list, you may add other ICD-9 codes to that list if needed.  Go to Administration->Data Configuration->Diagnosis->Common Diagnosis.  Click the add button in the bottom right corner to add to the Common Diagnosis list.  When searching for 224 you will see all available codes from 224.0 to 224.9.
