Why isn't the 'Print Statement' Button available to click in accounting?

When printing patient statements, you may find that the ‘print statements’ button is inactive. If so, please verify that all active invoices on your list have been authorized. If one or more of those invoices are in the pending status, you will not be able to print a statement for that invoice until you authorize it.
