RevolutionPHR is a power patient engagement tool that allows clinics that operate with RevolutionEHR to provide an EHR-tethered information sharing experience with their patients.

This document will assist the RevolutionEHR customer with understanding the features of RevolutionPHR, and the necessary background information to configure RevolutionEHR to work closely with the patient’s pre-examination Interview feature.

The document will also assist the RevolutionEHR customer with the set-up of the Encounter Steps that will associate with the RevolutionPHR Interview. It will also demonstrate the many new components in RevolutionEHR that relate to data documentation from the Interview process.
