RevolutionEHR does not currently allow for the transfer of credits. If this function was allowed, it would consist of removing a credit from one person and applying it to another person. You can create this in the system by voiding the credit for the patient with the credit and manually issuing a credit to another person. When you manually create a credit, you click the ‘credit’ button in the account summary of the patient’s file. This allows you to type in the dollar amount of the credit and type in the reason for the credit, which would be something like “transfer of credit from patient”.
