What if your schedule is not printing the correct time?

The print out from your schedule will reflect the time, date and time zone set on your computer (NOT the time that is attached to your location in our database server). Even if the time looks accurate on your monitor, an incorrect timezone set up on your terminal has the ability to change the time on the schedule in RevolutionEHR. You can find the time, date and timezone settings through your control panel.

In an event where you verify time, date and timezone are all set correctly and the print out of the schedule is still not accurate, please contact our customer support team and one of our developers will check into the issue further.
