If you are unable to view your RevolutionEHR in Firefox but you are able to view RevolutionEHR in other browsers there may be a problem with the flash installation in Firefox. Try these steps in order to troubleshoot the installation problem:
1) First try reinstalling flash. Open Mozilla Firefox then at the top bar go to tools > options > security > exceptions > then add adobe.com to the allowed list. Proceed to adobe.com and then download and install Adobe Flash. If step 1 fails proceed to step 2.
2) Download the adobe flash un-installer tool from http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html. Close Mozilla Firefox then run the un-installer tool. After the un-installer has finished, reboot your computer, and proceed to re-download adobe flash.
