Are you having trouble viewing RevolutionEHR in firefox?

If you are unable to view your RevolutionEHR in Firefox but you are able to view RevolutionEHR in other browsers there may be a problem with the flash installation in Firefox. Try these steps in order to troubleshoot the installation problem:

1) First try reinstalling flash. Open Mozilla Firefox then at the top bar go to tools > options > security > exceptions > then add to the allowed list. Proceed to and then download and install Adobe Flash. If step 1 fails proceed to step 2.

2) Download the adobe flash un-installer tool from Close Mozilla Firefox then run the un-installer tool. After the un-installer has finished, reboot your computer, and proceed to re-download adobe flash.
