 FROM – Full Range of Motion

ACT – Alternating Cover Test

UCT – Unilateral Cover Test

APD – Afferent Pupillary Defect

PBU – Plus Build-Up

DLK – Diffuse Lamellar Keratitis

Scurfs  – these are epithelial skin flakes on the lashes that can signify blepharitis

SRNVM  – Subretinal Neovascular Membrane, which happens in conditions like Macular Degeneration

IRMA – Intraretinal Microvascular Abnormalities

BRAO – Branch Retinal Artery Occlusion

CRAO – Central Retinal Artery Occlusion

BRVO – Branch Retinal Vein Occlusion

CRVO – Central Retinal Vein Occlusion

POHS – Presumed Ocular Histoplasmosis Syndrome

CHRPE – Congenital Hypertrophy of the Retinal Pigmented Epithelium

NVE – Neovascularization Elsewhere

NVD – Neovascularization of the Optic Disc

DME – Diabetic Macular Edema
