This is an Accounting Report. Go to the Accounting Module, and in the module header bar look to the far right where the “Accounting Reports” button is located. Next you will click on “Sales” and set your report type to “Products by Category”. Report output should be set to “detailed” to get more detailed information in your results. Then set your location, provider and date range as needed.
When the report comes up you may drill (double click) on the “Eyeglass frames” category. Continue to drill down by double clicking on the appropriate manufacturer and then model name. This allows you to see a list of all patients that purchased that frame in the given date range. If you like there is a print button in the bottom left hand corner. Please see screen shot below. If you look directly under “Sales Report” on the blue header bar, you can see levels that have been drilled down (Heather’s Eye Care/ Eyeglass Frames/ Safilo USA/ amity).
