Yes, a common diagnosis list is pre-populated into the system for you but you do  have the ability to add more to this list. Go to Administration> Data configuration> Diagnosis> Common diagnosis, then click ‘add diagnosis’ in the bottom right corner. The new diagnosis tab that opens will have a look up button that allows you to search the master database in order to add new codes to your common diagnosis list.
