The patient’s dominant eye can be entered 2 ways in the patient file:

1) Click on the patient quick view which is accessible from the patient file regardless of what screen you are working in. The quick view button is found to the left of the patient’s name in the blue header bar when a patient file is open. Dominant eye can be entered in the bottom left. Please see screen shot below.

2)  Dominant eye is also available in the second slider of the Demographics screen, which is called “Additional Informaiton”. Please see screen shot below.
