“Today’s Patients” will display the patients scheduled for the doctor’s default log in location for that day.   This location is determined first by the primary location associated to that provider in his or her employee file in the Administration Module.  However, that is over-ridden by the location associated to the doctor for “Employee Hours” in the Scheduling Module.  So for example, if Dr. Smith’s primary location is Location A then when Dr. Smith logs in that is the list of patients displayed in the Patient Module.  However, if Dr. Smith has been given “Employee Hours” from 9:00 to 5:00 for Location B in the Scheduling Module then whenever Dr. Smith logs in on a Monday between 9:00 and 5:00, Location B will be the doctor’s default log in and that is the list of patients that will display in the Patient Module.
