Are you having trouble printing from Internet Explorer?

Sometimes there is a security setting in Internet Explorer (IE) that needs to be changed. With IE open (doesn’t matter which website you are viewing), click on ‘Tools’. Select ‘Internet Options’ and then click on the ‘Security’ file tab. Next, click on ‘custom level’ button and scroll down the list until you come to “Downloads/Automating prompting for file downloads”. Select ‘Enable’ and then click ‘ok’.

This should fix the printing issue. If it doesn’t, you may not have the newest version of Adobe Reader installed on your computer. The printer icon(s) in RevolutionEHR open pdf files, which require Adobe Reader. You can download the newest version of Adobe Reader at www.adobe.com.
