You can find your download and upload speed at www.speedtest.net. When the test is complete you will see a button that says “copy direct link”. If you click on that button, you will be able to do a “paste” into an e-mail  and send it into customersupport@revolutionehr.com or attach it to a skype. Another good test to run is at www.pingtest.net. This will also give a “copy direct link” button that will allow you to paste the link to customer support. This test measures packet loss.
