Your care plan item library contains items that you want to suggest to patients. General, education, medRx and recall are the categories that you can make lists within. Meds would be the most commonly prescribed meds that you use. Education would be any information that you send or want sent home with patient. Recalls will be used to note when you want patient to come back (always check as a check out item). Everything else would be general. Care plan templates give you a way to combine several of your care plan items, typically used for a certain condition. Example, use to treat viral conjunctivitis or blepharitis.
