When placing an order, you have the option to either use the blue look up button or the drop down menu when entering lens information. If the product you are choosing is an item that you want to generate a price (to be billable) you have to use the blue look up button. If the product is an item that you want the lab to recognize but you do not want to generate fees, then you have to use the drop down menu.
