The app allows you to change the order in which your general care plan items are listed so it will not over-ride that order by automatically alphabetizing them. The original ones were provided in alphabetical order but if you go to Administration> Data Configuration> Medications> General Medications you can drag the items in that list up and down to change the order in which they appear in the drop down. So if you find you are frequently selecting say “Cholesterol Medication” you could move it to the top of the list so it’s the first one that shows up in the drop down. It’s for that reason that we don’t automatically change the order when you add a new one.
