Quest for Excellence (Q4X) is a new program from RevolutionEHR that is designed to equip, encourage, challenge, and assist RevolutionEHR doctors toward excellence in patient care. At the core of Q4X is our commitment to provide ongoing resources, support and community to assist RevolutionEHR doctors in becoming proficient and consistent Meaningful Users over the course of their careers.
While many have seen achievement of Meaningful Use (MU) as an annual, onerous exercise resulting in incentive payments, MU now defines the “new normal” for patient care. New capabilities and features are being added to RevolutionEHR – including MU-required messaging, image ordering, and family health history documentation – which are highly valuable to literally every user. Simply put, we are evolving toward a new and very different standard of patient care.
The RevolutionEHR Q4X program is built on the following foundations:

- MU Customer Support
- Quest for Excellence (Q4X) Facebook Community
- Quest to Attest (Q2A) Facebook Community
- Integrated MU Scorecard
- Certified RevolutionEHR Software
Throughout 2014, Q4X will focus on providing support, resources, and support communities to assist RevolutionEHR doctors in achieving the required 90 days-in-a-calendar-quarter of Stage 2 MU in 2014. Q4X will officially begin on January 1, 2014, with a Q1 focus on training and preparing RevolutionEHR doctors to begin Stage 2 MU together on April, 1, 2014.
