RevolutionEHR Status Dashboard

Ever wonder if RevolutionEHR is having problems?  You can’t get access to RevolutionEHR and you don’t know if it’s your internet connection or the RevolutionEHR server.   And, if the issue is on the RevolutionEHR side, what are the chances of getting through to support with everyone calling at the same time?

In conjunction with the launch of Insights, we will shortly be launching the RevolutionEHR Status Dashboard.  The dashboard will provide you a place to check the status of the application and will be updated as soon as we learn of any access or outage issue.   You’ll be able to check for status without having to contact Customer Support, and we’ll provide ongoing updates on expected resolution times if there is an issue as well as planned maintenance time periods.
