MarcoConnect Configuration Tips

The following are a list of tips from our partner Marco for configuring and troubleshooting the MarcoConnect software interface.

  1. There is a new version of MarcoConnect available. If you are having problems, the first thing is to make sure you have the latest version. is the latest and is available at
  2. To help troubleshoot, there is a log/audit file available. From the main configuration window (not the Partner Interface), go to Tools > Display Log menu option.
  3. To get to the main configuration window, you can double-click the Marco icon in the system tray.
