To remove busy times or slots, you can double click on the time slot. On the right hand side of your screen, the Appointment Details window opens. Click Remove which is on the bottom of the screen. A message will pop up asking you if you want to Remove This Item Only or Remove This Item and Future Items. Click which you would like and hit select.
