Accounting reports in RevolutionEHR can be drilled down to different levels, so the amount of data compiled for each report is significant, meaning that its not just a dollar amount but also a report on every posting that affects that particular report. So a year to date report run at the end of the year can take 15+ minutes to compile depending on the size of the practice. On a slower computer or with a slower internet connection this is going take longer. There is also a point where the report will simply time out if it takes too long. If you are having difficulties running the numbers for a full year at a time you could try to break the date range into smaller increments or even just trying running it at a different time of day or a different computer.
